Regular Membership
Active or Reserve Marines and FMF Sailors or those with an honorable or general under honorable conditions discharge with accompanying DD-214 and not less than 90 days active service.
FMF U.S. Navy Sailors must have earned the FMF Device or FMF Ribbon having served directly in an active Marine FMF Unit.
Associate Membersh
Regular Membership
Active or Reserve Marines and FMF Sailors or those with an honorable or general under honorable conditions discharge with accompanying DD-214 and not less than 90 days active service.
FMF U.S. Navy Sailors must have earned the FMF Device or FMF Ribbon having served directly in an active Marine FMF Unit.
Associate Membership
All other Veterans and those who espouse the principles and purposes of the Marine Corps League are eligible for Associate Membership.
